She began her career in international private banking at UBS and spent more than two decades at HSBC Private Bank in Zurich, where she developed strong capabilities in client advisory, relationship management, and the structuring of tailored financial solutions for global markets.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, combining a solid academic background with extensive hands-on experience. Norma joined Cité Gestion in 2026 as a Banker, where she leverages her deep industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and strong client orientation to strengthen the bank’s private wealth capabilities and enhance the client experience.
